Flávio Galhardo's integral vision of security comes from the union of theory and practical experience. His journey began in 2003, joining as an Officer in the Brazilian Army,During five years in the Armed Forces, he absorbed the tactical discipline, hierarchy, and operational rigor that form the basis of any defense strategy.
In 2008he transitioned to the private market, starting his rise in the corporate environment at the giant Souza Cruz/British American Tobacco. Seeking to broaden horizons beyond Brazil, he lived in Ireland to perfect his English—a fundamental step for the global challenges ahead.
Back in Brazil, he consolidated his experience in risk management at Souza Cruz and Ambev,At the latter, the world's leading beverage company, he was responsible for corporate security in South America, facing the real challenge of protecting executives and celebrities in one of the most complex regions in the world.
Today, Flávio works at G4S,the world's largest security and services company, applying his methodology in a service delivery environment with international standards of excellence.

From Empiricism to Technique: The birth of a legacy
During his corporate management, Flávio encountered a gap in the market: million-dollar decisions regarding armored fleets were made based on empirical knowledge.
Dissatisfied with the lack of technical literature in Brazil—the world's largest armored vehicle market—he decided to fill this gap. He attended international congresses, visited armorers, studied manufacturing processes, and delved into technical standards.
The result is the book "Armored Cars: A definitive guide for security professionals."More than a work, it is a Handbook for managers who need technical criteria to make assertive decisions.
