Driven by a natural purpose to make the world a safer place, Flávio Galhardo has worked in national defense, the corporate sector, and service provision. From this experience, he developed a deep understanding of the security ecosystem and its influence on an organization's environment (whether private or public).
He began his journey as an Officer in the Brazilian Army,where he forged his capacity for analysis and response to uncertainty. Later, he migrated to risk and security management in multinationals such as Souza Cruz and Ambev,where he learned that security proficiency lies in speaking the language of business: ROI, efficiency, and compliance. In a third stage, he chose to explore service provision as a new step in his career path, assuming a director position in a global market leader, similar to his previous experiences.
Although the scenarios have changed, the purpose has remained unchanged: protecting people.It is this complete experience that allows him to transform armoring and security as a whole—from a simple technical resource into a strategy of human care and personal risk management.
